2026 Christmas Gift Wishing Tree Appeal

Christmas is a time of joy, connection and giving, and this year Lilydale Marketplace is proud to once again support the 2026 Christmas Gift Wishing Tree Appeal in partnership with the Rotary Club of Lilydale.

Running from October 27 through to early December, the Appeal aims to bring hope and happiness to vulnerable children and young people across our local community.
Each year, gifts donated through the Appeal are distributed to children and young people in foster care, kinship care, and families experiencing hardship. For many, these gifts are more than just presents to unwrap on Christmas Day. They are a reminder that they are valued, supported and remembered by their community.

The Appeal supports the important work of Anchor and the Lilydale Proactive Policing Unit, who help identify children and young people in need and ensure donated gifts reach those who would benefit most.

Whether it’s a toy, a game, a book, or a gift card for an older child, every donation has the power to make a meaningful difference and create a brighter Christmas for someone doing it tough.
